Big Bang questions

I THINK I HAVE AN IDEA FOR MY BIG BANG! And? It requires me to ask several of my teachers questions about manhunts and social services and juvenile justice and I think I might possible maybe even be able to so it!
So here's the deal, I'm a nice person and I'm in close daily contact with a lawyer and former sheriff's officers, officers, forensic scientists, juvenile detention officers and adult corrections officers (Prison guards).
If you have any legal questions for your Big Bang (Or another fic) that you need answers to comment with them here. I will take the questions to my teachers and attempt to find out the answers for you. Be as specific as you can.
