Supernatural Night at Adam's College.

We got our cases yesterday in Phys Ev; the ones we're supposed to solve. We're helping Detectives Ponchorelli and Friday solve the murder of Luke Duke. The main suspects are Bo Duke, Rosco Coltrane, Boss Hogg and Jane Fonda-Duke.

Also because it is Halloween I am dressed mostly as Dean (I have on black sneakers instead of my boots and I am missing the blue button-down).

I FEEL SO WEIRD WITHOUT MY JEWELRY ON.

There will hopefully be pictures this time, assuming that Stephie or someone has money so we can buy a camera when I get home today.

And yes, I am sitting in class posting this. SOFA. KING. BEAU. RING.

It's a virus, she's allergic to one of the anti-rejection meds. The last four seizures were less hard because she only had a little bit of the cyclosporin in her system. She'll probably be leaving ICU today.

Last week Katie had a reaction to the meds that sent her into a seizure and to ICU overnight.

She was supposed to go home yesterday but had a bad migraine like the one she had before her seizure and then threw up all over the bed as they were finishing packing. The doctor's decided to keep her one more night to be safe.

About two and a half hours ago she had another seizure. I can't get hold of Chelsea because she's already on the way to the hospital so these are the only details I have right now.

Remember that "cross your fingers" thing I was talking about last time? Anyone willing to try for another round?

ETA: I will likely not respond to comments on this post because I am superstitious as fuck (OCD for the lose) but I will be pointing Chelsea this way when she comes online next.

Update on Katie from Chelsea. She looks so good right now apparently. And? They think they might know who the donor was.

I didn't realize exactly how much of a miracle this was; if Katie had been in the hospital she wouldn't've gotten the lungs because of immune system things. And the only reason she wasn't in the hospital on Tuesday was because everyone begged her doctor to let her spend a week at home so that Katie and Chelsea could have more time together before Chelsea went back to college.

The right lung is now in! They're about to put in the left one. Only a few more hours to go!

Katie, Cheerleading!Sister's little sis, is headed into surgery very soon (within the hour) for a lung transplant (double, I think). She's 15, has CF and has been on the top of the transplant list for a while now. Late last night the hospital called and told them to grab their stuff and get down there. She's just been fed all the anti-rejection meds and she's just about ready to go. The surgery is twelve hours long and the biggest fear now is that her body will reject the lungs.

Do me a favor guys? Cross your fingers for her. Pray, think good thoughts, do whatever it is you when you need that extra bit of hope. I know a few people have probably just lost some respect for me right there but I don't give a flying fuck, I remember when this kid used to refuse to wear anything more than a t-shirt and... You don't get pushed to the top of the transplant list because you're doing fine on your own.

Okay, so my sister jadetate has declared a Prank War with another kid in her dorm. The way it started has gone like this:

- He shaving creamed her door and killed all her pictures except for two (The flyer for the gigantic pillow fight Friday night that'll go from 9 to midnight and the I'm Coming To Get You Troll for Plastic!Winchesters).

- The reason he did the shaving cream thing was cause on April fools the girls literally built a wall of super-glued pop cans in front of his door and he was stuck in there for a good seven hours before an RA figured it out.

- [Tonight's retaliation is] "Me and the three other girls rooms he got are going to sneak in while he's asleep and surround his bead with mousetraps the maintenance man was kind enough to give us once he heard why we needed em."

If anyone has any idea for pranks she could implement it would be awesome if you could comment here with them.

And in keeping with me having the very best family ever made Chelsea is paying for me to go to the Con!

So the Cheerleading!Sister I talk about? The one I got hooked on SPN and scared the crap out of? She's an RA at her college and wants to decorate her door with Supernatural stuff. Pictures, quotes, etc.
