A thirty degree change in temperature overnight sucks for arthritis, dude.

 

This is gonna be one of those days where everything takes three times as many spoons as usual.

 

Sitting hurts, moving hurts, even typing hurts. I have never been happier for this SlideIT keyboard on my phone than I am now.
