Hypothetical SPN/House crossovers

Say that someone were hypothetically writing a fic where two guys who happen to be brothers end up in some state with a garden in the care of a doctor who happens to be kind of a gigantic asshole. Now say that one of these hypothetical brothers is sick with some really weird and unusual disease that isn't Lupus. Is there anyone reading this who might know doctory things about diseases and disorders and stuff who would possibly be able to lend me their help? Or, alternately, is there anyone reading this who knows someone else who knows doctory things and could possibly help?
