P.S. Didn't that use to be a comm for finding specific fics? When did this turn into "rec me all the first time fics you know" as opposed to "does anyone know the fic where Sam and Dean have had sex and then Sam gets all depressed because Dean won't go near him anymore"?

Oh man, that's totally the same reason I don't comment on those posts. It's almost enough to make me want to start another comm that is what this one used to be with, y'know, actual lost fic requests.

And did you ever notice that the vast majority of people who make posts on there asking for, like, stories where Sam turns into a baguette because they just discovered they're allergic to yeast and isn't that awful are fans who just seem to come out of nowhere? I rarely if ever recognize anybody requesting fic on there, although it's entirely possible these are the people who hang out on dean_sam and supernatural_tv and the reason I don't know 'em is because I wouldn't touch either comm with a ten-foot pole, but still.
