WinCon '10: Wrath of Con

Okay, first? Everyone going to wincon needs to go to Tripit right now because it is amazing and will do up your whole itinerary for you when you forward your flight or hotel plans to it. Also, you can share it with friends so much easier.

Next, we have two (hopefully) adjoining rooms booked from Thursday to Monday for about $440 a room (whole time). Both have two beds, both are non-smoking, both are in my name for the moment, but that can be changed if needed/requested.

People staying 4 days:

dea_liberty (Thursday and Sunday)

velithya (are you and The Husband roomming with us in our mostly-unused room?)
laser_radiation (WHERE ARE YOU? We're saving space for you, do we need to keep saving it?)

Me and Pissy managed to grab the same connecting flight from Atlanta to Midway.

TO WINCON
Phoenix - Delta 1646 at 11:50pm, 10/13 - Touches down in Atlanta, GA at 6:13am.
Atlanta - Delta 1016 at 7:45am - Touches down in Midway at 8:34am 10/14 (Same flight as tsukinofaerii!).

FROM WINCON
Midway - Delta 6345 at 4:11pm 10/18 - Touches down in Detroit, MI at 6:40pm.
Detroit - Delta 2121 at 7:40pm - Touches down in Phoenix at 9:01pm.

On Thursday myself, tsukinofaerii, brynspikess, and celtic_cookie are all going to get tattoos on Thursday. It will probably be morning/early afternoon. Anyone else feel like getting inked?

LOL. I promised my father I would not repeatedly get stabbed with needles until I was 22 years old. Apparently I will spend all of 21 in a drunken stupor, unable to make rational decisions. I'm excited to see what you guys get done though!

Also, what I meant was that I have a second room reserved but right now everyone we have fits in one room (celtic_cookie is on a roll-away and brynspikess and her friend are crashing on the floor), so I technically have a completely open second room if you and the husband wanted it. I promise we won't make TOO horrible noises through the wall just to bug you.

Okay. Finally gotten a chance to talk about this again with Chas. I think at this stage we're probably going to get a King room to ourselves. If nothing else, just for the space - we'd have difficulty sleeping in a double because Chas sleeps like a starfish, all outstretched arms!

Now I just have to book the room - do you know which room numbers you'll be in yet? I could ask for a room nearby/on the same floor.

I don't know when they assign room numbers, but I know that we can each call/email/whatever and ask to have rooms booked close together--though we might need to give the hotel each other's full names or something so they know what room we're talking about.
