Ok, lemme think on it for a bit. How about: 5 firsts that Sam never got to enjoy and the 5 reasons that they were interrupted.

5 good memories that Dean has even though Sam isn't in them.(Because he's got to have at least a couple of good memories from the time when Sam was away.)
