Not only does the owner of the company answer her own phones and run tech support, but when I followed her instructions to remove the drivers for my tablet it UNINSTALLED MY FUCKING VIDEOCARD.

The tablet itself works fucking fine on XP, but it's not Vista compatible. NO MATTER WHAT HANVON TELLS YOU.
