And Sucre's may be steroetypical but in my experience? Most of the PR's I've met with tats have religious/family ones and the PR flag somewhere on them so much like Maricruz's name it's a stereotype that fits.
Everything you just described is totally what I imagine Sucre having - arm, shoulder, or back somewhere, definitely (despite the decieving picture smidgy posted where he is apparently absent of any tattoos...). He's worn a cross throughout the series and seemed fairly attached to the rosery that Michael used to smuggle Lincoln the sick-pill, so I could definitely see something religious for him.
I'm totally seeing a cross/crucifix (Which one is for Catholics?) rosary tattood around his neck. There were like... at least fifteen guys at my dorm who had rosaries around their neck; mostly Mexican with a few Peurto Rican's and some mixed boys too.

I like the idea of Michael maybe having a small Lincoln related tattoo that gets covered and inked over when he gets the big tattoo, but I can easily see him being fairly straight laced and not having any before the big tattoo.

Dude! That's a hugely popular prison tat! That's amazingly awesome and cool and funny that you found that one. It's done very wrong on that guy though because that's actually an armband that someone apparently didn't get done armband-style but it's still way cool.

Something like a picture of something that reminds him or Linc or a saying or something like that that is on his arm near his wrist or somewhere else that he can easily see when everything starts to feel like it's getting to be too much.
Actually the whole point of small and inside of his thigh would be that people wouldn't see it easily. But it would certainly get him some raised eyebrows when lets say Veronica is giving him a blowjob.

Thought it kinda sorta technically is probably unrealistic because: 1) Would Lincoln really be in a maximum security for any of his previous crimes? 2) The reference about T-Bag taking 2.5 years to build up the Alliance, which is shorter than Lincoln's stay on death row even.

Most likely not for his previous crimes (But then again Tweener and Michael wouldn't be in either in all probability). Though once he was inside? If he got into enough trouble (Tickets, fights, participation in riots or anything else that would bump his classification up) they'd shove him over to FR.

You know what bugs me about that? Is that in 0106 (Riots part 1) when Lincoln sees T-Bag they greet each other by name and know each other on sight. Linc? Probably sat in county for at least a few months (Realistically about a year or two) while waiting for his trial and then sentencing. After he was sentenced he would've been put directly on Death Row and would've had no intteraction with anyone much less T-Bag.
So? They know each other on sight magically apparently because there's no way they met if the tmeline is to be belived.
