I rarely do. Neiman Marcus is the only place I've found that carries 32G (fucking awful band size to find with larger cup size), and let me tell you, my wallet hurts every time.

After putting my eyes back in my head, I decided that you must have different sizes in the US.

And I was right. Phew, I was *really* wondering about some shapes in the comments if that were european sizes! *lol* But they aren't so hooray! =D

See in Europe, the band size(?) is pretty much just its length in cm, so if I'm wearing a 90C, and look pretty proportionate (I should think I do), imagine my stupid look at reading somebody above had a 32G! "32cm?? that's 12 inches! How would you even fit a pair or G-sized breasts on that little chest?" See, stoopid!me.
P.S.: 90C translates to 40B, according to teh intarwebs (http://www.85b.org/bra_conv.php) and is pretty much the upper end of the scale around here in your everyday shop. =(
