This one. I skip the blur parts and the high pass so it's mostly Screen, Overlay and Saturation. Very easy to do.

Now I want to read a fic where Jared visits Jensen on the set of the movie and he's completely fascinated with the tattoo and he keeps licking it and Jensen is worried he might actually lick it off, saying that make-up will be pissed at him! lol :P

Dude, the movie was pretty cool. I am saddened that everyone at the film festivals seem to be "courteous and polite" enough to actually not tape it for us.
