Spoiler Policy - Not an April Fool's thing

I noticed last night that the spoilers are healthy and running for the finale already. For my stance on spoiler you need only see my icon.

I generally have a three strike rule on spoilers, first time you get a warning, second time you get a warning and third time you're just off the FList.

If someone on my FList spoils me for the finale they are off the FList immediately. I don't care what the fuck you think, I don't want to know what happens and if you're too much of a douche-bag to use a cut then you're gone. Doesn't matter how interesting or nice you are or whatever, you're just gone.

I do not care if it's your journal. If you don't have the common courtesy to use a cut then I don't want you on my FList. Period.

Mind you i got a little annoyed at someone this morning for posting spoilers about Doctor Who. Granted it was a little review, but some of the things in it could be classed at spoilers by those who haven't seen it yet.

I love spoilers, but i love having the choice to read them more. I don't mind them about the finale part one, but part two i'm trying to avoid. (Which makes me sound a little odd!)

Luckily the people on my FList have been good with the cuts so far but when I was doing the Newsletter last night I had to quick-skip a few posts by people talking about the spoilers without a cut. People = Lameass.

I tend to give three strikes because I've totally been in Fandoms where just about everyone I knew was all for spoilers and no one really bothered to cut for them. So I kinda get that.

Last time I got spoiled (for Born Under a Bad Sign) I kinda...cried. JUST A LITTLE. But man, I hate spoilers. It's so inconsiderate and obnoxious and about 5 bazillionty other synonyms and it just drives me up the wall, there is no reason to spoil anyone, whyyyyyyyy!

Oh man, I got spoiled for BUaBS too. I clicked a link that said "spoilers" and stupidly assumed it was for the episode that had just aired. I totally don't click "spoiler" links anymore unless it says what episode it's for.

I didn't and I am ashamed. I really should have. I'm actually considering doing it now for fear that she does it again before the finale, since spoilers are cropping up everywhere and it's only a matter of time before there are pictures to accompany them.
