WinCon Tattoos: Go Ink Yourself

ATTENTION wincon PEOPLE!

It's about two months from the con right now, and today me and tsukinofaerii are gonna be checking out tattoo shops for everyone. Because of this, I need the following information from everyone getting a tattoo with us or who is even thinking about getting a tattoo with us.

If you do not fill this out, I may not be able to get you fit in for the appointment. The sooner you can fill this out, the better.

Brief description of what you might be getting tattooed: The number 11 in Gallifreyan text. I'm indecisive, so I'd like a quote for each of these. Both would be plain black.
Picture reference (if you have one): Either this (but a little more cleaned up) or this (but bigger).
Where you are thinking about getting it tattooed: On my right arm, either the inner forearm up by my elbow, or the upper arm.
What size tattoo you are planning on getting: About two inches in diameter for the first one, maybe 2.5 inches long for the other one.
Anything else? Whether I get it now or not will depend on the cost, so I'm mostly looking for a quote right now. Also, if I do get it, I'd prefer to do it on Thursday, because panels on Friday (my flight gets in at 2:10pm), if at all possible.
