WinCon Tattoos: Go Ink Yourself

ATTENTION wincon PEOPLE!

It's about two months from the con right now, and today me and tsukinofaerii are gonna be checking out tattoo shops for everyone. Because of this, I need the following information from everyone getting a tattoo with us or who is even thinking about getting a tattoo with us.

If you do not fill this out, I may not be able to get you fit in for the appointment. The sooner you can fill this out, the better.

Ummm, I'm probably not going to get ink, but I would be MORE than happy to join in if you find a place that does piercings as well. I've been wanting to get my rook or tragus done for a while.

We're definitely going somewhere that pierces too, because one of our roommates (celtic_cookie is getting a piercing this year instead of a tattoo.
