I don't think I truely get this 1sentence thing. Do you like invent a sentence? Or use quotes from the show? Or from fic?

You invent a sentence. It's like the 100 comms except instead of a drabble you only do one sentence. It's quick and yet just hard enough to bug you. You have to pick your words and pace the sentence just right. It's good for people with little free time or a little free time and especially good for people like me who aren't confident enough they they can finish anything bigger.

Though doing these with quotes sounds good too... Hmm. This could actually be an awesome scavenger hunt type thing.
