I dunno - I dig Grammer's rendition of Beast. It'll be cool - Grammar is awesome at cerebral endeavours and has the right accent, and the Beast makeup would work on anyone with the right facial structure.

I'm just concerned with how they're going to handle the Phoenix saga and how/if they're going introduce Gambit, personally.

See I can definately see Grammer doing the voice, he's just got that perfect accent like you mentioned, but that picture... I don't know.

The more I look at it the more I think that maybe it's just the pose that's putting me off. I'm used to a Beast who smiles and cracks jokes all the time and this pose is more feral than I would like.

All in all though these pictures make me less scared about this. Considering that pretty much the only things heard about the movie for a while have been who's directing and who took over for that guy and who's been cast as who and who got recast and hwo got cut and blah, blah, blah... This is actually starting to look okay now at least.

I am with you on plot-fear though. I'm sure I'd feel better if we knew more than the fact that it's supposed to be DP saga... This really has so much potential to go either way...
