GROSS PICS, AS PROMISED!

Below the cut are pictures taken with my brand new BlackBerry Bold of the pictures we have of my cyst after they took it out. The pictures are INSANELY gross and the flash from my phone makes them look a tiny bit scarier.

THIS WAS TAKEN OUT OF ME, HOLY CRAP.

Ignore how it kind of looks like a heart when you tilt your head.


That white thing? Is a full 12-inch ruler. YEAH. THEY TOOK THAT OUT OF ME.


Seriously. SO GLAD it was non-cancerous.

Well, my back and stomach are still all surgery-sore, but I have no acid reflux anymore, and walking without my kneebrace is a LOT easier.

It was 55 pounds. I'm 210 as of my doctor's office today. I thought I was 240 at EyeCon, but that means I was 265 then.

And it makes sense because I have NEVER looked everyone else who was my weight, but I could never figure out why. I guess a giant chunk of that weight being in/on an ovary and sitting in your torso in front of your internal organs kind of explains that.

It's amazing the kinds of things you don't notice until afterwards. Bad heartburn that becomes acid reflux so bad meds don't always work, constant "pulled muscles" in your stomach and back, insane cramps on your period, etc, etc.

Yeah, when I was in the ER they couldn't say it was non-cancerous, just that they had to call in the OBGYN/Oncologist, and I've watched enough House to know Oncologist means cancer. I freaked out so bad they had to pump me full of Ativan.
