I'm not surprised. You must use a tremendous amount of energy just getting around. Try to stick to a routine that gives you the ten hours you seem to need. See if that makes waking up easier. Another idea is putting the alarm across the other side of the room so when you turn it off, you're out of bed.

The body works in 90 mins cycles, so maybe you can set the alarm to wake you when you're just ending a cycle. If you know when you fall asleep, you can work it out
