I think that's one of the reasons that I've never really warmed up to the Lincoln/LJ relationship, because the Michael/Lincoln fan in me gets jealous at the shift in focus from the brothers to the father/son.

We don't need to be beaten over the head in every scene of every episode that Michael is there for his brother, they love each other, yada yada yada, but there are points on this show that it starts to feel less like Michael is doing all of this to save Lincoln because he loves him, and more that he is doing this because he has to carry out The Plan (which reminds me of a couple of your fic ideas).

Like sometimes I worry that they're dropping the ball on the brothers' relationship and pushing it to the background in favor of Lincoln/LJ and Michael/Sara. Which I harp on a lot, but it bugs me, and I fear that you're right and that Lincoln will be preoccupied with fears over LJ (and you know, rightfully so, as LJ is his son and he should be worried about him, but still) and we'll get little followup on his worrying about Michael in this episode.
