I'm telling you right now; I'll be surprised if even one of these is bolded.

Father went to college - He got his GED the last time he was in prison and took part of two or three college courses in there until he stopped.

Father finished college

Mother went to college - No, but she got her GED when I was little. Ish. Like, early double-digits I think.

Mother finished college

Have any relative who is an attorney, physician, or professor - Considering the all the family I know is Jewish you would think I'd have at least one of these. But I do have a cousin from Chicago who is the VP of Engineering at Maxager Technology.

Were the same or higher socio-economic class than your high school teachers - Nope, not even close. Was classified as "homeless" for most of the years I would've been in school--was still technically homeless while doing the "high school/GED" thing at Job Corps.

Had more than 50 books in your childhood home

Had more than 500 books in your childhood home

Were read children's books by a parent - No, but my big brother sat me aside every day and taught me my ABCs and how to read and draw and do math (College reading comprehension since the age of 11, yo).

Had more than two kinds of lessons before you turned 18 - I don't even know what that means. Lessons? WTF? WAIT! I just read [livejournal.com profile] maygra's post and now I know. Nope, no private

The people in the media who dress and talk like me are portrayed positively - Dude, fuck that shit. We lived in trailers or cars or motel rooms. "Trailer trash" is not in any way positive.

Had a credit card with your name on it before you turned 18 - Now this is just starting to depress me.

Your parents (or a trust) paid for the majority of your college costs - No, but they have paid for this year at college--barely scraping it by at a little over a thousand dollars.

Your parents (or a trust) paid for all of your college costs

Went to a private high school - Technically? When I was at Job Corps I think it counts. You had to be enrolled at Job Corps to attend SciaTech and you had to fit certain requirements (16-24 years old at start, you and your parents had to make less than I think 20k per year, etc) to be in Job Corps. I think that's only "private" by definition of the word, not intent of the term.

Went to summer camp - Nope, and really didn't know that people actually did that until relatively recently. Much like My Sam I always thought that was something that was more or less just in movies.

Family vacations involved staying at hotels - Family vacations? What's that? No, really, that's another thing I thought was in movies.

Your clothing was all bought new before you turned 18 - It was new to me.

There was original art in your house when you were a child - I'm thinking the crappy paintings in the motel rooms don't count.

You and your family lived in a single family house - When I was little we did for a little bit. A few years in Chicago I think and then a few months two times here in Phoenix.

Your parent(s) owned their own house(s) or apartment before you left home - Nope.

You had your own room as a child - Nope, and right now I sleep in the living room! :D But part of that its that because I've always slept around a bunch of people I actually can't sleep in a room alone now.

You had a phone in your room before you turned 18 - See above.

Participated in an SAT/ACT prep course Nope. Again with the movie thing.

Had your own TV in your room in High School - The thing about sleeping in a motel or a living room means the TV is always in front of you. And at Job Corps once I became a Phase III I moved into a room with a TV in it. But, again, probably not what this question means.

Owned a mutual fund or IRA in High School or College - Seriously, they're fucking with us, right?

Flew anywhere on a commercial airline before you turned 16 - My Grandma took me and my brother to Chicago on a plane when I was 17 or so. Almost counts?

Went on a cruise with your family - More with the movies. Who the fuck goes on cruises?

Went on more than one cruise with your family - ...Apparently the people who write this.

Your parents took you to museums and art galleries as you grew up - I went to the Heard Museum on a class trip when I was little?

You were unaware of how much heating bills were for your family - The A/C bills here; and I was aware of them when we were in places that made us pay the utilities.

...Yeah. That wasn't insanely fucking depressing at all. And the "sore" mood isn't because of the movie, it's because my back really hurts.

ETA: I AM EXPLAINING WINCEST AND HAVING A THOUGHTFUL CONVERSATION ABOUT IT WITH A COMPLETE STRANGER ON YAHOO. TODAY IS NINETY TIMES BETTER HMOG!
